"Au Choix" in French means that you have the choice, for example in a menu. We choose this domain name to create something like a shopping mall. As we didn't use it, it became our own web directory, with various links and some articles related to our online experiences.
Pages in English are much older than pages in French which are still currently updated [december 2008] .
